Fee Structure for AmaGol Services

Hourly rate of $66
The approximate cost to plan and manage a three hour seminar for 50 people with one guest speaker would be $2,640 (40 hours)
The approximate cost to research, collate, prepare and arrange printing of a 10 page newsletter would be $1,320 (20 hours)
The cost to manage typical Board/Committee meeting administration tasks would be $528 per meeting (8 hours)
Fees for larger or ongoing projects can be negotiated

All fees include GST. Incidental costs such as printing & copying, stationery, phone and travel can be charged direct to the organisation, or included in the contracted price. Trading terms – an invoice will be issued at completion of a specific project, or monthly for ongoing tasks. A periodic payment schedule for larger projects can be negotiated.
